Cameron Concludes 2005 Competition Season

Cameron concluded its abbreviated 2005 season with a third place finish (out of three bands) at Anne Arundel Scottish Games. The band also held its annual general meeting, electing officers for the coming year.
At Anne Arundel, the band’s Grade 3 unit—playing its march, strathspey and reel (MSR) set—competed against the MacMillan and Ulster Scottish pipe bands. MacMillan and Ulster finished first and second, respectively.
Cameron had competed in only one other competition during the 2005 season, the Rockland AOH Feis, where it placed seventh out of eight bands.
